Club Volunteer Assignments
In order to make the meet run as smoothly as possible, the following club volunteer assignments have been made. Assignments were based upon size of the swim clubs. All clubs have been asked to assist in some way. Assignments are for an entire session, morning (10 & under) or afternoon (11 & over). Assignments may be shared by more than one person from a club. Meetings for the positions will be held prior to each session (10 & under and 11 & over). At that time, volunteers will be given additional instructions regarding their responsibilities and will have an opportunity to ask questions.
Timers: TBA
Stroke & Turn Judges: Bob Figures, USA Swimming Certified Referee, will be the Meet Referee. She will oversee the Stroke & Turn judges and will review all disqualifications. She will meet with the judges prior to the start of each session and review assignments, positions, etc.

Kid Pushers: These individuals will assist swimmers from the clerk of course area to the heat staging area, and from the heat staging area to the starting blocks, as quickly and orderly as possible.

Runners: These individuals will assist in bringing information to and from timers, judges & scorers.

Thirst Quenchers: These individuals will assist in providing drinks to meet workers.

Heat Winner Ribbons: These individuals will assist with heat winner ribbons.
